General Terms and Conditions


On the basis of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC), the contract is concluded between the customer and DERMANEO GmbH, Gewerbering Süd 2, 97359 Schwarzach am Main, info@dermaneo.com, hereinafter referred to as the provider.

Subject matter

Sale of cosmetics products consisting of creams and anti-aging products are offered through the online shop shop.dermaneo.com, in pharmacies and drugstores as well as in public and private markets. Additional information on the products offered can be found in the product description on the offer pages.


The contract is concluded exclusively in electronic commerce via the shop system. The offers presented constitute a non-binding invitation to submit an offer by the customer order, which the supplier can then accept. The ordering process for the conclusion of the contract includes the following steps in the shop system: Selection of the offer in the desired specification (product, number), pressing the button “Order”, entering the invoice and delivery address, checking and processing the Order and all entries, pressing the button “order for a fee”, confirmation e-mail, which was sent to the provider after ordering from the registered e-mail address. With the sending of the order confirmation, the contract is concluded.


Until full payment has been made, the delivered goods remain the property of the supplier.


The provider reserves the right not to provide it in the event of unavailability of the promised service.

Prices, shipping costs Return shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include 19 VAT. In addition to the final prices, additional costs are incurred depending on the shipping method. If there is a right of withdrawal and is used by this one, the customer bears the costs of the return shipment.



The goods will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment. The standard delivery time is 3-5 days if nothing else is specified in the item description. The supplier will ship the order from the warehouse of a service provider as soon as the entire order is in stock there. The customer will be informed of any delays immediately. If the supplier is not responsible for a permanent obstacle to delivery, in particular force majeure or non-supply by its own suppliers, even though a corresponding cover transaction has been carried out in good time, the supplier has the right to contract with the customer. The customer will be informed immediately and received services, in particular payments, will be refunded.


The supplier is granted that, in the event of subsequent performance, he can choose between repair or new delivery if the goods are new goods and the customer is an entrepreneur. This does not apply to claims for damages by the customer due to injury to life, body, health or essential contractual obligations, which must necessarily be fulfilled in order to achieve the contractual objective. This does not apply to claims for damages after grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty on the part of the provider or his legal representative or vicarious agent. In addition, the statutory provisions apply.


If the customer is an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and/or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery, in the event of dispatch with the delivery of the goods from the selected service provider.

Alternative dispute resolution in accordance with Article 14(14) 1 ODR-VO and Section 36 VSBG

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and unwilling to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
